Bought this winch new off amazon for $350 free shipping. Used it for the first time today and it sure works great. I've had previously on my jeep the Warn m8000 and the XD9000i.. The ts9500 obviously out pulls the m8000 and honestly I find it right up there with the xd9000.. Quality of the ts seems great considering its Chinese. But so is warn now.. At Half the price it's a great deal
Price: $379.99 Pros: Price, reputable company, easy to install Cons: none so far Recommended? Yes
Comments: It has worked great so far, I have only used it once not counting a bench test before installing. I pulled my jeep into my shed with it when I blew my motor a week after installing the winch. It pulled my little 4 cyl into my shed with ease. I think this will be a great winch for the occasional off road-er like myself.
Price: $500.00 Pros: Came with hawse aluminum fairlead, synthetic rope. Mounts well, pulls steady and never stopped Cons: Slow pull rate Recommended? Yes
Comments: The finish of this winch is fantastic. It has perfect length cables, not too long and not too short. Plenty of length in the controller (12') and pulls consistently, never quit or overheated. I've heard and so far experienced, that Superwinch is comparable to Warn just not as fast and I agree. This winch is not going to win any races but it does exactly what I need it to: get me out when things go for the worst and when I need it. Great purchase for $500
Price: $580.00 Pros: WaterProof, made for soft type rope Cons: Not sure yet Recommended? Yes
Comments: By everything I've read and the warranty on it, this winch should be as good as the top of line warren but time will tell. It went on nicely, it looks and feels well built. One thing that bothers me a little is the speed, I wish it were a little slower when winding in, when under no load, keep you hands back, it's quick. The drum is very solid and made for a soft type rope.
