Knowing that the jack should be handled with respect at all times when using then I think you would be hard pressed to find a more versatile piece of equipment for your Jeep. I mounted it inside my jeep to keep it away from the elements and as a result jack will have a better chance of working the way is is supposed to. The accessories that you can get with it are what make it, in my opinion, a great tool to have.

Awesome Jack has MANY uses, got me out of many situations, even in my yard, Make sure don't use this to change tires, it can be very unstable

What can I say about the Hi-Lift that hasn't been said a bajillion times already? Ungainly, heavy, dangerous, but it will winch you out of there if you have the time and nothing else is available.

Great product. This is a MUST for off-road use. Jack, winch, clamp, etc. Heavy duty and reliable.

Haven't had to use it yet, as I'm sure I will in the future. It's nice to see how well this thing is made and how solid it is. Make me feel safe knowing I have it for when I need it.

I bought my hi-lift before knowing what exactly I planned to do with it. Since then I have found all kinds of thing to use it for including as a threatening weapon. Yet even after using it a bunch of times, it still scares me sometimes when it does something unexpected, like bumping out of the climbing position before I am ready to start lowering.

How's that Hope and Change workin for ya?

I went with the X-treme version of the jack for the clamping feature. Haven't had a chance to use it other than to raise my jeep onto the jack stands(this didn't seem safe, get the wheel hook attachment
