Comments: It has pulled me out a few times. I have gone uphill with it and pulled a nissan truck out of deep mud with it. Have also towed some trees with it. Once installed it was just as good as any other winch.

Comments: Do not submerge this winch. I had to rebuild it after the first year. After the rebuild it has worked every time. I used RTV on all the covers to try and keep the water out. The grey powder coat has been flaking for some time so I repainted it. The winch plate had holes for every conceivable application except mounting the winch on a TJ. That was fixed with some carefull measurement and drilling.

Comments: The Price was unbeatable for what all it came with. It is not the fastest pulling winch but it gets the job done with no serious strain at all. It comes with a block and shackle included but I have not been in a situation yet where I see the winch need it for the extra power. It also included a mounting plate included. I was able to fab up a mounting braket to atactch the plate to the frame for under 50 bucks including hardware. Deffently worth the money.

Comments: You can't beat the price. I've had this winch for 3 years now on three different vehicles and haven't had any problems. Its even stopped a whitetail deer from totaling a ford ranger at 80mph and still works just like it did the day i bought it.
