Mine is screwed to the speaker box behind the left speaker and if i ever had my top off I made this cheesy canvas thing that I put over them. Luckily I have not had to use it.

I have 2" seat risers, so it was a bit easier to stuff under there.

I have mine on the floor behind the drivers seat.. It's a Sony Xplode 760w, so not a small amp.. I'm moving it to underneath the back seat so I can have the floor again.

Mine is in the floor behind the rear seat but I built a box to cover it and put carpet over that. It looks like a small rise in the floor is all.

I just moved mine to the floor under the rear seat.. I also put 2-1/2" tall PVC pipes on either side of the amp to keep the seat bottom fabric from resting on the amp.

My alpine fit perfectly under the driver's seat. I had to remove the seat to install it because the amp will not fit between the rails. So the seat would have to be taken out to remove the amp. Also, unless I show to someone they never know it's there.
