What would sound better?componet w tweeter or 3-way speaker

Hi iam going to upgrade my speakers soon and iam wondering what will sound better component speakers w tweeters and crossover with NO amp or a set of 3-way speakers thanks!
P.s iam new to audio

If you're not planning on running an amp, look for speakers with a high sensitivity rating (dB - decibels) and low RMS power handling. I would suggest either a component set or coaxials (two way), depending on whether or not you have a spot to mount the tweeters & crossovers. We all have different preferences (and hearing), so find a speaker that sounds good to you.
