Upgrading XJ sound system

Decided to upgrade the sound in the XJ.

Purchased this head unit...

And these speakers...

Just plan on running the speakers and head unit for now. Eventually i will get an amp and run the speakers with the amp.

Any problem running these speakers with my head unit?

little late to ask after you did it isn't it? but nah, you CAN run any speaker from a head unit. It's just how soon it will distort. Since those are 35W RMS, they should do ok and get to a respectable level. (if they were higher rated, they would be harder for the head unit to efficiently control and could distort sooner).
