Upgrading stock audio system to better OEM model?

Just got a 2013 Wrangler (2nd hand) that came with the basic CD player with no uConnect. Is it possible to upgrade that system to a better model radio even though I won't have the steering wheel buttons or USB port in the console? I'm mainly interested in being able to stream music bluetooth through the unit. Not interested in phone calls because the top will never be on.

Thanks!
