Uconnect update

I have a 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland and would like to update the UConnect Satnav as it seems to be out of date. Can someone help me out as to what I have to do?

Purchase a new map disk for an ungodly price or find someone who can do the update for you. I know oemautopartsco.com does programming, but don't know exactly what the programming consists of or if they do map updates. Wouldn't hurt to look into...
