Tuffy console install question

Gonna try and get my security console in this week and was wondering if there's any need to seal the holes the mounting bolts go through to prevent exhaust from coming in. If so, what should I use? Thanks.

i sealed the holes in my jeep w/ silicon to help prevent rust, i wouldn't think the exhaust would be that bad.

Yeah, it shouldn't be really, but I figured it probably wouldn't hurt.
