TJ relay fix

I know there have been posts about this before but i cant find them anymore, I recently built fenders for my 2000 TJ i put on LED turn signals and now the turn signals blink fast. I understand that there is a pin that I can bend out on the relay but im not sure which one, if anybody has a picture or can help me that would be greatly appreciated.
