Tj off road light setup (not leds.... maybe idk)

Hello i have seen multiple thread on this but none really answered my questions. What is the best affordable light setup? I am a high school student so i cant afford rigid... Been looking at Trail Worthy Fab leds but Idk where to mount a bar also I dont know if I want to commit to a bar. So basically what do you run and where do you mount it (pics preferred) I am only running stock headlights and stock fogs... SO it SUCKS at night.
