there's a plastic piece at the base of the windshield, just pop that up, no screws there
next undo the 2 screws for the center bezel. they are at the top right behind the tray, under that plastic piece you just took off
then pull off the center bezel, it's just clipped in. if you have an ash tray, check behind it to make sure there isn't another screw back there.
there MIGHT be a large metal security thing holding the stock head unit in place, it took me forever to get it out. i don't know how i did it either, i just unbolted it & rattled it around till it fell through a gap in the dash and fell to the floor.
Yea if you do have a ashtray there is a bolt behind there
Its very easy to pull it off, and it only took me about 20 mins to change out my radio
