For those of you with CJ parking lamps

How did you end up wiring yours? I tested mine by taking the two hot wires into the one positive on the CJ wiring harness and grounded the ground wire. Now only the top (the shorter one) filament of the two stage bulb illuminates when the parking lamp is on, or flashes when the turn signal is started, BUT NOT BOTH! When the parking lamps and the signal is turned on, the relay makes the first on "click" and the arrow dummy light stays on. Never do both stages of the bulb illuminate together. Help!

dont ground them.......when you install them into the grill with screws they will ground themselves. I had the same problem......went ahead and screwed them in and now they work perfect

so the red and black wires are both B+? man! It makes sense now that I think about it... there are two contacts on the bottom that the red and black connect to and the side is also a conductor (ground!)

thanks for the help... i'll post pics in the morning
