Third Brake light extension and back up camera

I am thinkg about adding an extendable third brake light extension on my 2012 Sahara Unlimited's factory brake light bracket. I want to add a back up camera under the extended brake light. I dont know if i should buy the Rugged Ridge or Terraflex extension or other. Any opinions or pictures of these items would be appreciated.

I bought the RR one off ebay. Worked fine except the factory brake light wiring could have been a bit longer. I wasn't able to run it up the inside of the spare tire mount as I wanted. I had to clear a 37" spare though... Hadn't thought about a back-up camera. Personally, I would want mine below the tire. Wouldn't do me much good above it.

Let me elaborate on my first post. The wiring will up the "tower" extension but it is not long enough for me to run it through the spare tire mount as I wanted. However, I am trying to clear a 37" tire so maybe you will more slack if you have a smaller spare. As far as the back-up camera goes, it makes no sense to me to put the back up camera above the spare tire. The only feasible place, in my opinion is below it or inside the wheel of the spare.

Do you think there is enough play in the wire to raise the lighy four inches?

This is how it is set up currently. I honestly can't tell you how much higher mine is from stock. It 19.5" from the base of the spare mount to the top of the brake light.
