Smittybilt Winch remote wiring

Anyone know which wire in the remote is power? ground? etc, theres only 3 but I'm not able to connect it to test it out because I havent extended the battery cables yet.

3 wires.
1 - power out of winch to thumbswitch.
2 - power from FWD contact of thumbswitch back in to winch FWD solenoid.
3 - power from REV contact of thumbswitch back in to winch REV solenoid.
No ground wires from winch to remote.
