Replacement Driving Lamps

I have a 2001 TJ that came with Driving Lights (60th Aniv model). They work fine, however the interior of the glass is hazy/diry. The Reflectors appear to be held to the lense by some form of mastic. Is it possible to 1) clean the interior of the lense, 2) Separate the Lense from the reflector, 3) get an aftermarket replacement that uses the same housing. I'm sure I'm not the only one that's gone through this. Thank you.
