Radio auto scans

I will be listening to the radio and it will start to scan through the stations on its own, It is the factory radio 730N. The only way to stop it is to turn the radio off for awhile. I am not touching the steering wheel controls.

Probably some dirt or gunk in the steering wheel switch causing it to short out and think it's being pushed. Pretty common issue.
You can try removing and cleaning out that switch, or just replace it.
