Question about head units
hey guys,
i have a quick question... i am looking at getting a Pioneer Head unit for an 05 unlimited. They have two available for 2 diffrent units I am looking at. As far as I can tell the only diffrence on the Spec sheets on both the DEH-P8MP (premiere) vs the DEH-P80MP and the DEH-P770MP (premiere) vs. DEH-P770MP is the Preout Voltage & Impedance DEH-P8MP vs DEH-P80MP Hi-Volt (6.5V), 100 Ohm vs Hi-Volt (4V), 100 ohm DEH-P770MP(Premiere) vs DEH-770MP *(same number but diffrent units) Hi-Volt (4V), 100 Ohm vs 2.2V, 1k Ohm seems like I can get the non premeier P80 with the same Preout volt and its not that much more. The only added bonus to getting Premiere is that you get a 2 year warranty..but I'm sure the min it gets rained on.... Ok so what is the Preout Votage and Impedance? What benefits does having higher volts have? What will this allow for in the future (if anything)? thanks for the help in advance
