I put mine one the driver side under the hood. there was room to mount it kinda facing upward right by the windshield wiper fluid reservoir. It works great bought the $20 dollar bullhorn from RadioShack. I use it all the time. I might upgrade to a police model with 100watts. but for now radioshack will work fine.

Haha Oh well. My air compressor is on that secondary battery tray thing on the driver side. I saw somewhere on the forum a guy zip tied the PA to the metal bars that run top of the engine compartment. My buddy used the fan hood. drilled into the top and put it inside. he and i both have four bangers so we have that extra room between the engine and radiator.

I attached mine under the hood on the driver side where the spare battery would go. It is facing downward, to maximize volume.

I don't have a good pic, but mine is leaning against air intake and the brace. I have a YJ so yours might be set up different. Here's the only pic I have. It's in the lower left corner next to the air filter. It's the white thing in the corner. I was taking a pic of my Taurus fan.

i have mine zip tied to the battery for now. next time i get a 3day weekend, im gonna move it somewhere better and install a second one on the drivers side where a second battery would go. i also bought a 50 watt speaker for $20 from radio shack. i hooked it up to a 200 watt amp that i dont use anymore and my friends and i go around central florida and scream and yell at people. it's alot of fun to use at red lights when we whisper thru it and make people look around. the only thing that sux is the feedback we get when the windows and/or top is off. does anyone think a noise cancelling mic would fix this?
