odometer reading

Hi
Anyone know if it is possible to reset the odometer reading on a 2002 3.7 cherokee

Laws vary country to country, but in the USA, it is expressly illegal to do so. Tampering with an odometer can land you in jail. To change it, would require the factory scan tool and dealer only software, and likely a code to allow it from Chrysler. So basically, no.
