New WKII owner with RBZ and Iphone5

Hi Guys,

I know there are hundreds of posts concerning uconnect and the iPhone. I was completely overwhelmed trying to find any info so was hopeful somebody could point me in the right direction. My iPhone is not recognized by the USB in either the radio or center console. (It has actually worked once or twice but shut off) My software is 08.03.02 (I think this is really old) and I'm looking for help with the iPhone being recognized by the usb. Can someone help me?

Greg
