led hazard flasher kit

I'm looking at installing some led hazard lights ( like the ones work trucks have ) on my 2000 wj. I was wondering if any one can tell me what all I will need. My plan is to use LED thinking that they are less expensive then strobes, but ill take any thoughts on strobes light kits as well.

I think a company called Federal Signal does strobes etc. if I recall correctly they provide a wide range of lighting products for Police, Fire, First Responders, Construction, etc.

Lights, wires, switch, and a flasher/controller unit.

Some LED lights will self sync and have selectable flash pattern with no flasher/controller unit required, most do not.
