Jeep wrangler TJ mystery wires and plugs

Looking under the hood today, I found two plugs hanging behind my bumper. I followed them all the way up to the firewall behind the battery. My first guess was that they were for fog lights but there are a couple things telling me they're not. They aren't wired inline with the headlight wires, they don't fully reach to where the fog light would be mounted, and they dont match up with the oem fog light plugs. In the first picture, they are plugged in where the yellow wire is seen in the center of the photo. I have no clue what these could be so if anybody could help, that would be awesome.

What year is your TJ ? Some of the later years had a connector for a temp sensor behind the bumper that would go to a temp/compass mirror.

It's a 99 sport. But it's not only 1, it's 2 connectors. One longer than the other. It seems like it would be perfect for fog lights because one is routed to the left side of the bumper and one to the right side. Maybe aftermarket fogs since its not wired with the headlights? That could be
