Intermittent Failure

I have a 97 jeep TJ, I6, with 5 speed that I bought used about a year ago. On a couple of occasions, when I start it the Air Bag light comes on, but the radio and AC does not. The jeep runs fine during this time. After I shut it off and start it back up, everything is normal.

I'm assuming I may have a loose connection someplace. Does anyone have an idea on where would be a good place to start troubleshooting?
Thanks.

airbag clockspring needs replacement ,and is probably a recall/warranty repair. Chrysler has a silent recall on jeeps 97 and up for the clockspring.
