I have a 1998 Grand Cherokee Laredo

I plan on ordering this Horn System

http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/.../p-4423/c-10101

I am a Firefighter and need the siren, Blue lights just dont cut it in the daytime
Do you guys think this will be a difficult install??
Also any suggestions on where to mount the controls would be appriciated

Overall all I would just like to hear other peoples thoughts

thanks!

I can't give you an opinion on the best way to mount it or the best location for your switches because that is a thing you need to fit in your own vehicle.

My only problem is, buying the unit from J.C. Whitney, that's like the Rat Shaq of Auto Parts.

Look at http://www.awdirect.com/awdirect/catalog.cfm?dest=Index and see what they have that will fit your needs; stick to a name brand.

a month later.. lol.

I run a able2 3 mode siren, with the siren tones disabled.
Only the air horn is functional, and its hooked to a foot switch on the floor (where else would you put a foot switch)
