IMHO there is one thing wrong with it, "IT'S RAT SHAQ"...

$20 is short money but for another 20 you can get an new Uniden or Cobra.

$34.96 at Wal-Mart, rat shaq told me its brand is made by Cobra, but they want $49.99 for there base model. They do have the popular Cobra 75 WX for $99.97, cheapest price I have seen. Wal-Mart did advertise the Uniden 510 for $38, but its gone now- I think its out of stock.
