infinity stereo replacement

Ok, in my 99 Laredo I JUST want to put in my aftermarket radio, I've done this several times with different vehicles and never b4 have I pulled a factory head unit out to find 2 plugs a small yellow wire with a plastic piece on the end and a random black wire going to a pin on the back of the radio (assuming its the ground?) Now what do I do to hook up my aftermarket radio, I also wanna run the rca's for my kicker L7 confusing stuff having the already built in amp and the whole tweeter stuff. Please and thanks
