I ran the wires on mine thru the rubber seal on the drivers side and over to the switch. You can see this seal by looking on the drivers side of the engine compartment under the tray that holds the anti-lock brakes. I just drilled a small hole thru it the size of the wires. I also used the cig. lighter wire for power because it's a switched power source and it's right there where the Hella light switch will be installed.

Thanks I m considering just putting it in front of the t-case lever because it's right near that center firewall grommet.

x2

I have several wires running through that spot. Wires for the switches (to relays) for 3 sets of lights and cb power/ground. Plenty of room for more.

I'm not familiar with the grommet near the T-case. I found the driver's side grommet, it is easily accessible, so I went that route without searching further.

Good luck wherever you run 'em.
