HID questions

so i got some projector housings and upgraded wiring but got cheap-o HIDs and ballasts with hi/lows off flea bay but one of the ballasts was messed up and the company wont do anything for me. so im going to order some HIDs through DDM tuning. my questions are:

-it asks if i want an HID harness (dual in, dual out), whats that? do i need it?

-also asks for an error eliminator.. and just lists a type 3 for an extra $3.. do i need that too?

i had 6000ks in before but they were still a little to blue for me..so im going to go to 5000ks. but yeah, thanks for any help. i dont want to start a flame war so please if you could just answer my questions..my housings arent just cheapo housings that throw light everywhere.

You don't need either. The error eliminator is used on cars that throw an idiot light for when a headlight blows. The HID harness is just another harness that you don't need.
