Help Replacing the stock head unit.

Hey everybody.
I have a head unit from my old 1997 Jeep grand Cherokee Laredo. and I now drive a 2005 Jeep Wrangler, I need help removing the stock head unit and replacing it with my after market alpine. When I removed the deck from my old car, I took out the bolts that held the plastic around the head unit, along with the plastic, Is that going to work on my new wrangler? also how the hell do I remove the stock head unit, it looks like there are 4 holes, when I looked inside I did not see any screws...

any help is greatly appreciated!!
