Help mopar ipod kit with rbk

I have it all hooked up. I have my ipod now plugged in and it works great. I also plugged my portable sirius reciever into the aux jack supplied. I noticed the sirius only works when the ipod is disconnected. Is this correct? Is there any way to just switch from the ipod to the aux jack while having both plugged in? TIA.

I have the same Mopar Ipod kit hooked up to my RB1 with a Sirius Sportster hooked into the aux jack also, and mine works the same way. It can be a pain since there is no way to easily change between the ipod and sat radio while driving.

I've been tempted to take the little metal box apart to see if I could figure out a way to hack a switch into it to manually change between the inputs, but haven't gone that route yet since I'm afraid I'll break something.
