Grounding Point

I am about to install an aftermarket amp in the back of my 06 Grand Cherokee. I have already run power, RCAs, and remote wire, but I need a good place to ground this amp. I think my options are to remove the container thing in the rear that holds the jack and flip up storage panel, or to try and ground to a bolt under the rear seats. Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be the easier route to take here? Maybe even a different option? Before anyone asks, I did a search but found no information on anything newer than a 99. Thanks for your time and input.

I ran my ground to the bolt on the bottom of my rear seat and it works perfect.

Seat bolts are usually a good option but still test it with a multimeter. Also I would pull the bolt out and get a wire brush on a drill or a piece of sandpaper and make sure you get a nice clean metal on metal connection. Many times these parts are painted and you might get a ground but not a good one. In my WJ I drilled a hole in the tub where the spare tire mounted, sanded it down, and bolted the ground wire to that.
