gauges not working air bag light is on

Every thing was fine I stopped ran in a store then came out started the jeep ..... no working gauges and a air bag light was on.

Clock spring or relay ..... any body dealt with this before .....thanks

1999 Jeep Wrangler Recalls #99V117000

Summary:
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES. THE LEFT SIDE AND RIGHT SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRING GROUND ATTACHMENT SCREWS COULD LOOSEN OVER TIME.
Consequence:
IF THE LEFT SIDE SCREW LOOSENS, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL GAUGES MAY NOT FUNCTION WHEN THE HEADLAMPS ARE TURNED ON. IF THE RIGHT SIDE SCREW LOOSENS, THE DEFROSTER BLOWER MOTOR MAY NOT FUNCTION.
Remedy:
DEALERS WILL REMOVE THE GROUND SCREWS, DRILL A NEW PILOT HOLE ADJACENT TO THE ORIGINAL HOLE, AND THE SCREWS WILL BE REINSTALLED IN THE NEW HOLES.

Final Fix

After removing the Instrument Cluster and cleaning everything up . Reapplying dielectric grease to all electrical connections, I have not had a single problem in 2-years now.
