Fog light problem on steering column jeep wrangler 05

The switch that controls my fog lights is always On, the problem lies within the switch itself, it's constantly on and flickers if I touch it but remains on, the fog lights are controlled on the arm the comes out of the steering column, that arm also controls the turn signals, my question is... Is it possible to just change that arm or do I have to switch out the steering column?
