Electric fan, P1491

On my wj was not an electric fan, the old owner removed it.
check engine light(P1491). I installed the new fan and set the fan relay.

Still light, check engine, start the engine and the fan starts to work immediately. Clear the error (P1491) but it appears again.
The wires are good.
What may be the problem, the bad PCM?

P1491 Rad Fan Control Relay Circuit. An open or shorted condition detected in the radiator fan control relay control circuit. This includes PWM solid state relays.

I would guess that there is a short circuit or open circuit in the wiring that powers the e-fan, or the wiring that tells the PCM to turn the fan on. Check the wires and wire plug at the Coolant Temperature Sensor and test or replace the CTS.

A recent Gallup public opinion poll shows the NRA, at 58% approval, has a higher approval rating than either Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama.
