Dash Lights malfunction

Take a look at this video and let me know what you think..... I have no idea what the problem is.

I have replaced crank sensor, battery, taken the car to the dealer, but of course when I am there the problem won't show itself so they have no idea.

So I showed it to the dealer and they said the PCM/ECM is bad and I need a new one. The part with labor would be over $1000!!!! So I found one on autocomputerexchange.net
for $199.99. They say it is refurbished and that they will preprogram and flash it with current milage and VIN that you provide to them. I am going to order it and see what happens.

My 2006 WK does the exact same thing and in addition, the headlights flash randomly and it started honking on its own last night. Please post if the PCM/EMC fixes your issue. I've had the same issue of having different people look at it only to have the thing behave when its in the shop.
