Custom Switch

Is it possible to have a rocker switch that when turned on every light on a jeep will turn off, including the dashboard?

Yes, if you use it to power a bank of NC relays hooked in to all of the lights.

Yes.

To have one master switch to turn off all lights - you might not enjoy the amount if re-wiring you'd have to undertake.

The shorter alternative would be to...
1) Hit the already installed switch to turn off your headlights & parking/running lights.
2) Hit the already installed switch(es) to turn off your radio / electronics.
3) Install one switch to disable the brake lights so you could press the brake pedal but not get the lights [or just don't use the brake pedal] (legality issues might be there for on-road use).
4) Edit: door open dome lights, if you have them (you don't have your vehicle listed in your profile) might be an additional concern - if you wish to open your doors w/o light(s).
5) Edit2: Dang - didn't think (again, what vehicle do you have) about certain dash lights - Check Engine, Oil Pressure, Low Fuel, Upshift indicator...

Again, how much wiring are you looking to tend to get what you want?

This confuses me greatly.

As the others said it is possible but would require very significant work with relays.

The only lights you need a kill switch for specifically is the brake lights. I'm just saying

I was originally just asking because I was wondering if I was even possible even though I wasn't planning on do it. Now I am going to it.

It will take forever and cost well over a hundred bucks.

Down South we would label this switch "hiding from the revenuers" switch.

For you Northerners, running moonshine late at night and needing to go black quick.

To the OP, pretty much any thing can be done given enough time and money, heck, there are some that believe we even put people on the moon.
