Center console and power door locks not working

A few days ago I opened the door on my 1994 JGC and there was a clicking come from somewhere behind the glovebox...relay? Stopped when I started the car but then started again when I shut the car off and opened the door. I assumed interior light issue. Checked fuse, looked good but as I pulled the fuse out the clicking stopped. Also the power door locks didn't work but that fuse is fine as well. Now the entire center console/panel does not work, radio, heat, AC, clock...nothing, no power at all. Although the power adapter/cig lighter does function. Power door locks still don't work. Any thoughts?

Kinda sounds a little like an aftermarket alarm but I've never heard of one that disables all of those. Possibly check for a valet switch somewhere behind the driver side knee panel to rule it out.
From ZJ to TJ.
