cb antenna bracket for tail light

I purchased a cb antenna bracket that fits behind a 04 TJ tail light. The jeep got hit so I took the bracket off because the entire back side will be replaced which means I need to dril more holes. I do not have the paper template that came with the bracket and cannot find an email address so that I can write the company. I have enclosed the link of the bracket which came from quadratec. Anyone else use this bracket and have the name of the company so that I can google for the website?

It's Turbo City. Try this: http://www.turbocity.com/contact_us.php

Can you make your own template out of a piece of cardboard, posterboard, etc.? It shouldn't be too hard.

This is what I needed and I remembered that the company was from So Cal which is where I live. The template fits perfect so I would rather get it from the company. It's bad enough that I am afraid to drill holes(everyone else drills them for) so since I have to drill holes personally for the first time, I would rather use the template that I know is correct. Thanks for the link, I bookmarked it for future reference.
