Best places for Hella off road lights??

Hey all,

I'm thinking about getting the Hella Rallye 4000 Cool Blue lights for my Wrangler. I have not had any luck finding these lights and the prices I see are around $150ish. Does anyone know if that is for a single light or a pair? Two websites I checked give no indication.

Also, what would you receommend for a light upgrade for the main lights? If possible I would like the bulbs to have that bluish tint to them.

Thanks everyone.

150 is a tad below retail for a single light.

Full kit is about 350 with the 2 lights + harness.
