Are your flashers acting stupid? My 99 had the flashers stuck on and it needed a new headlight switch. after I sold that I test drove an 04 or 05 that had the same problem with the flashers and had a beeping sound, it was the same sound it makes when you turn the parking brake on. Pull your parking brake and listen to the beep it does to tell you that is on and compare that to the beep youve been hearing.
