Anyone want to reccomend me a good base?

My birthday is coming up (feb.26!) and I'm making my list (of probably just two or three things) and one of them I was thinking of was a base for my Jeep. I have an Alpine Deck and Infinity speakers but I still have a stock base. I really do not want to buy a new center console if I can avoid it, but I want high quality without a high price (so keep it under $400, but cheaper the better!). If it helps any I listen to rock mostly, occasional rap but 99% of the time I listen to Nine Inch Nails.

Honestly, for NiN, no car system will do. Considering a lot of their songs have 40 layers.

I had two blown speakers in my Jeep before and NiN sounded perfect on them though, not gonna lie.

I just got a 10" 250 wattb azooka tube. I love it! Marine rated, all in 1 unit and it really sounds good in my jeep. I put it behind the rear seat and had it running in less than 30 minutes.

I paid 390 to my door.

You mean bass? There's a million possibilities. But if you're going to do it right, look for a down-firing setup for the rear, an in-seat rear, or a console mod setup. Depends on if you're going to buy it all, build it, or fully customize it and what room you want to use.

Yeah I do mean bass haha I already have an alpine deck and infinity speakers so all I want to do is replace the bass that's in my console for a louder and better quality one if it can fit. But if worst came to worse I guess I could put one in the back but I really don't want to do that.

i was unaware that your center console has a bass in it, pretty sure it just has a sub!

Look into replacing the center console sub with the kicker 6.5" subwoofer and picking up a small amp to power it. We have some threads going right now with links to small amps and there's always the "how to replace the factory subwoofer" thread which will give you some ideas. if you can construct then build a new center console enclosure from mdf and put in an 8" subwoofer.
