Anyone ever ordered the 33 engineering sub box?

Just wondering if anyone has ever ordered one of these and used it. I ordered one a while ago, and seems like I'm getting the run around with getting it here. Is the quality worth the hassel? I ordered it from Offroad toystore. I tried searching, but for some reason the search function isn't working.

yeah ive seen these but no real review of the box or the company. Mine was supposed to ship 2 weeks ago and im getting the run around on shipping. They even delivered a box of terminals to my house, even though they were paid to install them. Just seems a little fishy.

Give them a chance to make it right before you complain here...

I ordered from them back in november. The website says that it'll take them a week to build. So i ordered it two days before i went on vacation for a week so i would have it when i got back. Needless to say, I didn't get it till almost a month after i ordered it. I kept calling and they kept telling me that it wasn't built yet.

I think they're extremely lazy over there and take their sweet 'ol time with transactions. I would probably never order from them again. Esp for a sub box that they charge 150+ bux to build that would only run about 25. to make yourself.

I was extremely displeased with them.

First I wasn't complaining, I was looking for any reviews on the product AND the company, so flame somebody else. Second there was well over a month to make it right, they had my cell number mailing address and email address, as well as yahoo messenger name. No communication on their part, emails ignored, instant messages ignored, phone calls unreturned. I paid 20 for the terminal cutout and installation, and had a pack of terminals mailed to my house days before the box. I specifically asked for a tracking number because my apartments have packages walk away all the time, and I wanted to schedule myself to be here. It was scheduled for monday 2-11, showed up 2-8, just left on the porch. Very unprofessional operation, but I am pleased with the product. PS thanks for the phone number, like I didnt just order 200 dollars in equipment from them, but okay.

Lol, and he posts it in bold like you are out of line or something! You have every right to gripe when something is promised and not delivered. Especially for $200 bucks for a sub box. A lot of companies are getting lazy and making promises their companies cant deliver on just to make everything sound great. Hope the box works out for you!

Just to let everyone know, I finally got the box. It is really nice, went together good, but the directions were a little rough for someone who may not be to savvy. I painted it with some exterior paint, and the seat is a little puffy, but I figure it will settle. All in all, I recommend the box, but not the company.
