Profile.. I have several pictures showing how I did the set-up.. All depends what you need.. Off Roading, you might go as short as you can with the antenna height, radiation will be somehwat compromised but on the other hand you only need to talk to another Jeeper a few 100 yards away...Have the best "RF grounding" as possible.
The best CB grounding is a side mount into the tub as I have done, or install the mount onto a steel bumper..
There are several good solutions and you might also do some search .. lots of threads on this as well..
