Amp Recommendation

Upgrading the stock system in my TJ.

I've got a Pioneer DEH-4300 UB and Polk Audio DB651 speakers for the soundbar.

I haven't decided on front speakers yet, considering the Polk DB521 or the DB461P.

From what I've read on here, I'm gonna need an amp to drive these speakers properly. I'm likely going to remove the rear seat and make a permanent trunk of this area, which should be pretty moisture free(unless the water gets too deep). I was considering putting the amp back here, but I know that heat is an issue with enclosed spaces, especially in this Texas heat.

It's been way to many years since I've played with car audio, so if someone has recommendations on a decent amp that won't break the bank, I'd appreciate it.

Also, feel free to chime in on the front speaker selection!

I put a sonly xms4 under the steering column. 50w x4 RMS at 4ohm, or 60w x4 RMS at 2ohm. Class D, fan cooled and extremely tiny. Sounds awesome and I can hear my music with the doors/top off. Cost my 150$.

Begin the sony hating.

Never thought of putting an amp there.
Did you mount it under the dash, behind it or in front of it?

Pics?

I made my own mounting system out of some pieces of aluminum sitting around. It's literally two pieces of flat aluminum, the two ends closest to the seat are just sitting on top of the HVAC duct and the other end is bolted to the firewall, it's very solid.

Looks like a great location, out of the way, and a lot less wiring to run.

Thanks for the info and pics!
