Aftermarket Headlight Harness questions

I'm looking at upgrading my headlights for my tj wrangler and it seems that it is wise to also uograde the wiring harness. I don't plan on buying bulbs that are 100/80 or something along those lines, so I wont need a beefy harness. I plan on buying the 65/50 bulbs. Question tho. What is the difference between these two harnesses?

The eAutoWorks harness is made from inexpensive parts and materials. A few people have reported problems, but mine works fine. The Painless harness is best quality materials and a well known brand name. There are other H-4 harnesses that use good quality parts and materials that run about $ 69-89. You can make your own for less.

Any H-4 bulb will work.

I have this harness from Susquehanna motorsports. The quality is awesome. Very well made and sturdy. The Relays are Hella. I highly recommend this one.
