Aftermarket Head Unit Install...PCI wire... wtf.

Just about to finish installing my new head unit. In the grand cherokee's with the Infinity system, (and pre-2003 i think) there's a single wire (yellow and violet) with a plastic clip on the end. I know what it is, it's the PCI bus connector. There isn't a place for it on the aftermarket head units that I was looking at so I'm wondering what others have done to get by?

The head unit accepts cd's, and the unit's display acts just as it should if it were playing correctly-but no sound. This is the only wire I'm unsure of, the rest of the install was simple and I checked (and rechecked) all the other wires. Good to go there.

How are others dealing with the PCI wire?
