730N navigation problems

I have 2011 overland and I have a problem with my van system.
the nav does not recognize some of the street numbers I'm trying to enter.
every time I'm trying to enter street number in that format: 123-44 or 12-34(also tried 12344 or 1234)
I can only enter the first 2 or 3 numbers. after the first 2 or 3 numbers, there are no more numbers marked so I can't press them to complete the address.
went to the dealer and they installed a new system, but still problem exist.

address for example is: 83-16 159th st, Jamaica NY 11432
my update software is 2.403.

does anybody have an idea what can I do ?
I live in Queens NY and 80% of the addresses here are in that format, so basicly I can't use my nav system.
