2003 Wrangler Radio harness / Sub/ Amp removal question.

I removed my sub woofer assembly from the center console since it appears to not work anymore.

Im installing an after market radio.

Will my stock speakers work if i hook the new stereo into the harness in the dash even though the subwoofer assembly has been removed? Or will it not since i removed the center console sub woofer assembly? I disconnected a group of wires that went into the sub woofer.

If i can just use the harness in the dash, this will save me from having to rewire everything all the way through.

The speakers will still work fine. Subs tap off the speaker wires is all.
