2001 TJ KC Offroad lights question

My lights are getting old now and the metal/rubber sealant around them has almost entirely broken down. What is there that i could use to reseal the lights and stop moisture from getting in?

EDIT: I am referring to my lights on the light bar rack above the windshield.

If they are KC, just contact them and tell them your issue. They are a people and customer support based company, not some powerhouse that cares about money.
